Firestone Complete Auto Care

Called and made appointment for my wife to get her car state inspection done and they failed due to brakes ( fair enough no problem) so they called to inform me of this and state it’s bare metal to metal so I asked the price to replace the rear brakes on a 2019 Toyota rav 4 and Firestone said it would be a 512$ job to complete so I told them don’t worry about and put on the rejection sticker and I’ll replace them myself. My wife gets an email stating everything it failed for and it showed the tires were also a reason of failure ( replaced literally 9 weeks ago with brand new tires) so I called and they said they only sent that to her for her to be aware of them in the future ( trying to get over in a woman ) I then get to taking the brakes off and checking them for this bare metal to metal

Called last Wednesday to make an appointment for a state inspection. They told me to come in Saturday morning. I arrive at our agreed time and they tell me they don't do state inspections on Saturday.

Had Josh help us, he was extremely helpful and informative. May have been the easiest time I've ever had when getting work done on my car. That man deserves more money. An obvious asset to the customer facing part of the business. In and out fast and easy.

The service was very slow. I believe the reason was not enough mechanics. I had an appointment for tire rotation at 3 pm, car did not get pulled in shop until 4 pm.,of course I did not check out until 5 or after. Josh P., had me wait about 10-15 min after they pulled the car out the shop .😐

Earl and Scott are amazing! I had a unfortunate dispute with a towing company. Earl and Scott worked with me and helped get what could have turned really ugly, into a quick compromise. These are fellas with a great work ethic and great moral compass. I couldn't recommend them more!
