Dana is awesome! Her n Chaz always do me right and their mechanics are great too! Plus from a person that’s sold insurance for most of his life, they are way better covered than some quick lube u’ve never heard of. They are well insured, so u don’t end up w a teenager causing u to buy a new crate motor. If u have to pass 10 Firestones to get to this one on McCain in North Little Rock, it will be worth ur time n gas. Plus as far as mechanics go Dan’s the man!!!

Theyre a bit busy but its understandable due to the quality of service so plan your visits accordingly with your schedules! Dana is absolutely wonderful! She gave me a pressure gage since Ive had trouble at pumps reading correctly, showed me how to use it and recommended an automatic pump to keep on hand to avoid spotty has station pumps in the future! Also definitely recommend their $10 care package, so worth it!!

I had a great experience at Firestone on McCain in Little Rock. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. They got my vehicle in and out in a timely manner and made sure everything was done right. Special shout out to Chaz for going above and beyond. His customer service, knowledge, and professionalism really stood out and made the whole experience even better. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this location made the process easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service and would highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle maintenance or repairs.

Service was great but took a long time to complete. My perception and perhaps it was wrong is that with so many bays there should be employees out there to keep the oil changes and fixing tires rolling. You're competing against Quick lubes, Valvoline, and a few fast changes and some do tires, plus vehicle inspections nearly matching the Firestone inspection for free. I'd recommend Firestone but make an appointment.

I was able to drop off without an appointment and they still got my vehicle done in a few hours. Very friendly staff, professional inspection and work, and very accessible. They were honest about what was needed for my vehicle. The additional quoted repairs were pricey, but I think that is everywhere now. Overall, happy with the service.
