Firestone Complete Auto Care

Went in today to get an inspection and the service manager, Justin was so kind and welcoming. He explained everything that they would be doing and was willing to look at some other parts of my vehicle for future appointments. He helped me split up visits for what I could afford and was so kind and did what he could for the other customers. Justin is definitely an asset to this business and I wish him the best. He deserves a raise for his efforts and assistance. I am so grateful I was able to work with him.

Im happy with the service i have received at great northern firestone. I cant speak for other locations. the great northern locations store and waiting area is clean and comfortable..(acceptable) The service technicians are very nice and informative. I dont feel like i have to watch my back at great northern firestone like i do st the dealership. For now long as the same crew stays there ill go back. When you find good service in 2026..dont be foolish, show some loyalty. You gotta go back..

Initially I gave the North Olmsted location a 5 start review based on my experience with the customer interaction. I took my Toyota sequoia there for lifetime alignment check, tire rotation and safety check as I’m taking this vehicle on vacation towing a trailer and wanted to be sure of there not being any issues. When I picked up the vehicle they said there were absolutely no problems found and alignment was perfect. This seemed a bit odd that there was nothing at all found. This morning I took off the front tires and checked out the brake pads and rotors. Both inner pads were worn down to metal. The rotor on passenger side was in really bad shape. Obviously they never looked at the brakes even though they said they found nothing wrong at all. I find this totally unacceptable as this pot

I was searching for awhile for the best tires at the best price and was having no luck. We are relatively new to North Olmsted so when I drove by one day I decided to check and it was perfect! The prices were great and obviously the tires are amazing! The employees are very nice and knowledgeable as well. My husband is now getting his done there too.
