Wonderful service as always with Travis, Roger, amd my technician Izzy. She is the best. She did my 150k mile scheduled maintenance today on my 2016 GMC Yukon XL Denali and installed black luggage nuts and GMC hubcaps. My Denali is looking great and riding smooth

Chip at the desk fit me in at the last minute. I picked up a puncture and needed a couple tires to get me back on the road so I didn’t miss work. He made it happen with a smile. The technician Addison got me in and out quickly while I waited. Quick, painless and reasonably priced. I’ve been here before and I’ll be back again.

I pulled over here around 645 AM with a low tire pressure sensor, to add air to my tire. Turned out I had a screw in my tire (after replacing another tire 2 weeks prior with a bolt in it). I was almost in tears bc my son had to be in Sparta for an appointment. When the man walked outside around 655 AM to put out their sign, I asked if they were open and explained my situation. He was kind and professional. Didnt make me wait until they were "open" and got to work. They were busy but were able to patch my tire and get me on my way in about an hour, so we were able to make our appointment. My son was able to play in the kids room. It needs a little TLC inside the kids play area but hey, its a car shop, not day care. #grateful

Izzy worked on our Hr-V and did a diligent job to check all components of a working vehicle. The service was fast and Roger was very kind and explained things that we still need to do with the car. We always use Firestone in Oak Ridge because they take good care of us.
