I moved to San Diego 8 months ago and bought a used 2016 Corolla to get around. Ali, manny and the rest of the fellas at this location have been very friendly and extremely kind. Most importantly they have been experts at their craft and have kept my care in great running condition. From tire change to oil change they have always had my back. The team at this Firestone are definitely one of a kind. First off, I made an appointment Sunday evening (when they're closed) and they were able to confirm my appointment first thing in the morning. I was not expecting my tires to be ready within less than 24 hours, but to my surprise, the tires were ready for install by the time I got there. Upon arrival, Manny was upfront with a smile on his face ready to help. He was attentive, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. People like that are the ones that keep customers coming back. Unexpected expenses are never fun, but its great when you feel youve been taken care of. Thanks!
