Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had a 1 PM appointment on Mar 8 2026 for a simple tire rotation. After waiting for an hour, my car was still sitting in the parking lot and had not been brought into the shop. When I asked about it, I was told it would be another hour wait. I understand shops can get busy, but having an appointment should mean service starts within a reasonable timeframe. When I asked to cancel because of the long delay, the response I received was simply “That’s fine,” in a very sarcastic tone, with no apology or attempt to help. That lack of basic customer service was disappointing. I hope management can address both the scheduling issue and how customers are treated when problems occur.

Very upset with this place, my father took his truck I got him here and ended up having damages from a bad alignment leaving the tires (he got from them) looking like this . Not sure how this place is still in business putting people in danger because, I read someone if these reviews and it’s exactly what my dad is going through. Not only did they not offer to make things right but they are ALSO trying to make him spend MORE money to fix the issue they caused. Very scammy business

The management and Firestone Team was very openly and willing to help us fix a problem me and my husband had with our car at the spur of the moment during traveling. My husband walked in he was greeted with a smile and quality customer service. They quickly completed the problem with in minutes and we were back on the road to our destination. Thanks Firestone Team for your hard work and dedication of service.

This was the most wonderful visit from Firestone I have ever experienced. Chuck Cassady is an excellent Store Manager and I really appreciate him and his team for taking care of me and my vehicle needs. Phenomenal service! We had to stop here as we had an issue with our car while driving through on our way to Texas, we had called first and they were very friendly and had us come in immediately. Upon arrival we were greeted with smiles and warmth by all the employees coming in and out. We were able to get a diagnostic of the car within 10 minutes and fixed to our request within 10 minutes of that. Up until we pulled out we experienced great service; friendly, fast and honest. They offer a spacious area inside to wait while your car is being fixed/reviewed. We always go to a firestone for our cars as they are usually always good but this Firestone tops the cake thus far. Highly recommend paying them a visit here!
