Shoutout to Firestone for reminding me what competent service looks like. Mike at the counter runs the place like an air traffic controller—fast, calm, and somehow keeping everything moving. Anna handled the wrench work and absolutely crushed it. Oil change, brand-new tires, in and out way faster than expected. They bent over backwards to get me taken care of without any nonsense or upsell circus. If you want fast, efficient service from people who actually know what they’re doing, this is the spot.

Mike got me in fast and took great care of me during an emergency. He explained what was going on in a way I could understand. The quote and assessment were fair and honest. No pressure and no upselling. The team was professional and easy to work with. I would recommend this location and I will be back.

Scheduled an oil change and battery test/ change. I was shocked at the prices. $40 to test my battery, $120 for an oil change $260 for a new battery. I told them I was not interested but they had already done the oil change on my car before telling me the price! Who does work without telling the customer a price. Another woman's oil change inside was $100 so why was mine $120? These people in here are scam artists. Be careful coming here as a woman... Interesting how after I post this a bunch of fake reviews for this location are coming through lol
