Firestone Complete Auto Care

I've brought my Volvo S90 to this Firestone twice as they are one of the recommended shops for my Carvana warranty. Each time I was more than happy with the service/work done on my vehicle. Work orders are detailed and staff are both friendly and professional (kudos to Billy and Ben).

The survey on the firestone website never let's me finish my compliments of if this place, so I will do it here. I'm thankful for Gregg, Brennan and the crew at Firestone. Got tires and on the road safe. Good help is hard to find but easy to remember. Thank you. The web site may be missing more praise, but you know how corporations are. Sheesh

Great service and managed to save us from a sudden unrepairable flat tire. Two tire replacement at a reasonable price and quick service. Ben and Jonathan gave us amazing customer service and made the whole ordeal stress free!

It was Saturday afternoon after Christmas and a light appeared on my dashboard telling me I had a tire issue. I drove to the Tigard, OR location (it was the closest). The attendant when I entered was very knowledgeable and courteous. He got my car and flat tire taken care of immediately. While I waited, I watched him with the other customers and he was equally great with them. I was in and out within 35 minutes. Instead of messing up my entire afternoon it was quick and easy. I appreciate it and will make it a point to go back when it is needed. Definitely a 5 star visit.

I had a really quick and easy time here! They checked out under the hood, ran diagnostics, and replaced the tires (my own provided) in less than two hours. Way cheaper than I anticipated too! I was also given some suggestions for repairs and replacements though I wasn't pressured to get it done immediately, which I also really appreciated. The folks at the front desk were beyond helpful. I appreciated them taking the time to answer my questions and explain things to me; I'm not used to that kind of courtesy & patience from most car places. Definitely making this one my go to stop for any car work & advice here in Portland. A huge thanks both to the mechanics & the fellas in the shopfront! (10/20/25)
