Firestone Complete Auto Care

Came in at 6 P.M in the evening for a nail that punctured my rear tire. They patched the tire successfully but they performed a “complimentary” battery test and told me the battery is at half capacity. I didn’t appreciate the mechanic looking in places I did not authorize since I had the battery tested a month ago and it’s healthy. They also recommended a brake fluid flush and wheel alignment even though I had an alignment done last summer and my brake fluid is clear yellow. I understand it was the end of the day and they have to hit a sales quota but if the service is truly “complimentary” they need to inform me first.

Rick and his team has been always helpful. I’ve been a customer since i moved nearby for almost 6 years. 3 of my cars are regularly services here. Always helpful when there’s issue that was not resolved. Great team!

As always, Rick and everybody at the shop are great. They take pride in their work. They are fast and best of all they are honest. I definitely trust these guys and that’s why I keep coming back to them I do have to recognize Rick and Anthony. I will always come back to this shop just because of them.

Great service! They took me in first thing in the morning initially to get me a brand new tire at a great price. Also needed my inspection done and they completed it in a quick and professional manner. Front desk man Rick was awesome. Highly recommend.

Firestone in Riverhead was Fabulous. Rick went over all the details of what was needed, explained discounts and warranties. I waited for my vehicle and was out within the hour. I definitely recommend them. A very happy customer.
