These guys went absolutely above and beyond— rear differential blew up on a road trip and Firestone didn’t quit through the first roadblocks until they found the parts we needed and got us back on the road same day. Super friendly and up front staff with honest quotes— didn’t over-pressure us to go with their service, and worked options to keep fees down or even help us get set up at an alternate OEM maintainer if they couldn’t get the part we needed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had an oil change appointment scheduled for February 27th at noon. When I walked in, I spoke with the front‑counter representative a gentleman whose name I will update once confirmed. I asked whether Firestone accepts over‑the‑phone payments, since some businesses allow that when someone else is picking up the vehicle near closing time. Instead of simply answering, he told me no, and then added that “the person can Zelle you, Cash App you, or Venmo you.” That response was unnecessary and unprofessional. I stepped outside, made a call, and arranged the formal payment. I returned at 12:12 p.m. and asked if my appointment was still confirmed. Cars rear differential cracked on the highway, and this was the nearest auto repair shop. We basically rolled into the shop. The staff out front as well as mechanic Kevin went out of their way to get us into the shop, find the part, and get us back on the road in the same day. Great service and staff was very upfront about the cost.

This place rocks!! We experienced a catastrophic failure of our front right tire going down I-95 at 70mph. Alyric Terry was an exceptional associate who went way out of the way to help us find a very specific tire size we needed (aftermarket wheels and tires) and made sure they were able to get us back on the road the same day. When the original plan looked like it wouldn’t happen because the warehouse the tires were coming from acted like they couldn’t support our needs, Michael Ahrens supported Alyric in getting the necessary people moving to ensure we were able to meet the deadline. Vernon Davis went the extra mile to help get us back on the road by installing and balancing the tires and was super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have made this trip without them.

I’d previously had relatively positive experiences with this business. However, my most recent experience was my last. I brought my truck in to be serviced towards the end of the week. Like any other time, I’m anticipating to be contacted once the service is complete. 1. They couldn’t find out what was wrong with my vehicle. 2. They refused to do any other services until they could find out what the major issue was (they never found out so they completely disregarded the smaller issues that I asked them to fix. Just because you can’t fix my starter, I can’t get an oil change?) 3. I was never contacted when they finished the service. I called days prior just to check in because I hadn’t heard anything and this was unusual. I was assured that they were working on it and I’d be contacted
