Firestone Complete Auto Care

Was driving down route 250. Where are the Burger? King was just knocked down, picked up a piece of steel and went to the Firestone store, a pulled off the spare because the tire was already flat in less than one mile. Put the spare on, put the back tire. It had the spike in it in the back of the bed. And I was on my way grade. Service was only there maybe twenty minutes highly recommend talking to tim that works as one of the managers in the store.

Tim was great and so were the other workers. I wish I didn't get my card almost paid off and then use all of it but they have nothing to do with that. Thank you very much for everything.

Very happy with how honest these guys were. I had a rattle in my truck that I couldn’t track down. Took it to Firestone for them to work on it. They threw out a couple of possibilities as to why it was rattling but refused to work on it until they knew for sure what was causing the rattle. They called me to tell me they didn’t want me spending money I didn’t have to. I was shocked at how honest and thorough these guys were. For four days they combed over my vehicle, drove it multiple times and then ultimately concluded it was the transmission that was rattling. They don’t work on transmissions but didn't charge me a dime for their time. It’s hard to find honesty like that, especially in the auto repair industry. 10/10. Appreciate the help gentlemen!

Shout out to Tim Ritter!!! While on our way to the Sandusky Mall, 45 minutes from our home, we received a notification of low tire pressure. We stopped at the Sandusky Firestone to see if they had time to help us. Tim was amazing, he quoted us 45 minutes to complete and had us done and out in less time than that. Tim and his crew treated us so kindly and they were extremely helpful in getting us taken care of and on our way. We would highly recommend Tim and the crew at Firestone Sandusky!!!

What started out as a terrible day with a blown out tire on the highway at 7am turned into a decent day with the care and help from Tim. He was able to get me in the shop in a moments notice and gave me advice on what to get looked at for my car as it was my first time ever dealing with that kind of damage. It was a long day waiting in the shop but I am more than happy with the work done on my car. I will definitely keep coming here for future work needed on my car at any point.
