Firestone Complete Auto Care

My car kept dying when I needed it the most. I came into the shop in a bind. I was short on time and had to get to class in one hour. The technician worked with me to test my battery even though they were already very busy and then he immediately set me up with a new battery so that I could get to class on time. They even gave me a coupon that saved me $50. This place is the best and it's one of the only places I take my car to. Always great service and I've never had to take my car back because something wasn't fixed correctly. I always go to the location in the coddingtown center by the mall in Santa Rosa

I brought my car in to check on a leak coming from my vehicle. When I went to pick it up, the service advisor, Josh, gave me my keys and instructed me to pay 10 dollars. Upon this, we exchanged reactions about the price being so low. At this point, he would have let me leave. In past instances, the service advisor would tell me what they tried, what they did, and/or what I should look into or do next for my vehicle. He lacked all of that, and I was left to ask blindly for information about my car or the service that was done. I inquired about what had even happened. He broadly said, "we didn't find anything, we don't know why it was leaking." When I inquired about what had happened, what I should do next, how serious could the issue be, he wrote me off with short uninformed responses. At t

First time trying to take business to them. My older ride blew a tire after hitting a pothole on Blank Road It was Saturday afternoon I made it back to Rosa but it was on the rim. Firestone was about the only game open and it was an hour or two before they closed so I packed as much sir in our as I could and showed up. Not only could they not do the repair, they didn't even look at it. Sorry bud, kick rocks we're too busy. Wouldn't change the spare, check the damage... nothing. They did at least pack it with enough for me to grind it back to my house 3 miles away. But... they not only lost the sale for that tire, but for all 4. I'll go back to America's Tire and just leave this review here.

The entire was staff was excellent. Especially Josh and Azure were the absolute best and so incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with my car (my best friend). I so appreciate the staff here! Thank you so very much. Kind, excellent, supportive customer service! 10/10 recommend! :)

Trash. Did a complete inspection on the vehicle and recommended taking my car to Mazda or a ford location because they were stumped on finding a solution.. I did agree to getting an oil change and filters replaced cabin and engine filter on January 24th 2026. However once taking to Mazda to get a secondary opinionI was notified whoever replaced air filter cracked and stripped the mounting bolts to the air. Box which can also cause unmetered air to cause a vacuum leak.. it was noticed right away by Mazda. I am asking Firestone auto care to pay the bill for damages they caused by there negligence and faulty workmanship because my car didn’t have this issue until it was replaced by them. Store.
