Had a last minute emergency. My tire went flat on my way to work, this place was the only place open on a sunday and it was packed. The gentleman said 3 hours until a spot opened up but he was going to try to get it fixed ASAP. And he did! Didn’t have to wait the 3 hours! His customer service was great and their work even better. Jacob/Joseph?? (His name started with a J, cool glasses and mustache) you rock man !

It was easy to make an appointment online. They were able to take me right away. As well as inspecting my car, they keep records of what I had done the last time so they’ll know whether it’s time to put new air filters, things like that. They were able to answer a couple of questions I had about my car and the staff is very nice. The service was efficient and well done.

I have a 2002 Cadillac Escalade EXT and I bought a dueler ascent at from SpringHill Tn Firestone and I spoke to Bailey and all his crew are very knowledgeable and helpful! This store in Spring Hill Tn the management did a fantastic job making sure everything is good for their customers! I’m very impressed with Bailey’s crew and his leadership is remarkable! This is the store I want to come back for anything I need for all my vehicles! They all have a great team and they should deserves a raise! Hardworking people like them should be taking care of! It’s hard to find a good worker nowadays. I really appreciate all of you guys for all the hard work and great job!!!

I wish i caught the names of the gentlemen who helped me. Big shout out to the team! I made an appointment for a flat tire. I was in and out in 28 minutes. Yes it was a bit more expensive then i would like and they offered to order me less expensive tires. Unfortunately it had to be done that day. So i used what they had in stock. Extremely satisfied with the installation and guest experience. Once i told them i was on a budget they did not keep persisting on up sells which i greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much once again. Team members you know who you are, great job and work gentleman! I will continue to recommend work to family and friends to yalls establishment. We were having issues with our minivan and were quoted over 4k worth of repairs at the Honda dealership in Franklin. When we took our van to Firestone, they were able to get us in immediately and walked us through what really needed to be done versus what the dealership recommended- which resulted in a SIGNIFICANT cost savings and peace of mind knowing we got the repairs we actually needed.
