Firestone Complete Auto Care

This location has been a blessing for me. I had my AC worked on months ago and everything is still great. Bought 4 new tires recently but was unsure about the balancing and they test drove and re-aligned and balanced to reassure me it was safe to drive. Thanks to Davi and Justin for your work and customer service. I truly appreciate your help.

Angela is awesome! Very professional, friendly and could probably run the place on her own! I went in on a Thursday for a very large screw in my tire. She was working by herself but was still very kind and showed everyone that came in excellent customer service. Long story short, I had to come back on Saturday for new tires, I called before I came and she delivered on her promise to get me right in and was right about how long it would take to complete the job. When my car was ready, she had already left for the day so Dani helped me with check out. She was also very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The guys in the back were also great. They were hard at work and provided fast service.

If I could give 0 I would. My car was almost stole, and the anti-teft messed up my battery(which ended up being the only thing wrong). First, they claim, it will cost $4,337 to fix the car. After I showed up with a man, suddenly all those things didn't need to be fixed, just the ignition cylinder and cover for the wires, they also claimed the battery was fine. They later called and said it would be $1200 to fix that, and that the battery was dead. We found this unacceptable still, especially with the battery suddenly changing in condition, and they jumped the car and let us drive off only paying $219($95 for towing and $110 for diagnostics). We then got it fixed much much cheaper at autozone just down the street. If you come here, you will be scammed. I have attached pictures of the receip

Myron Milton was amazing at this location. He took care of me and my vehicle with exceptional service. The lady at the register was also very nice!

I had an excellent experience at this Firestone location. The service was professional, efficient, and honest from start to finish. Davi and Moses were outstanding — they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly. It’s rare to find customer service like this these days. Highly recommend this location and especially those two.
