Firestone Complete Auto Care

I’ve been to this Firestone location twice. The first time I had a great experience when they helped me with a battery issue, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, my second visit was very different. About two months after the battery replacement, my check engine light came on. I called to make an appointment and mentioned that a light had come on and that I had recently had my battery replaced there, just in case that information was helpful since I don’t know much about cars. When I arrived, a service advisor named Rebekah assisted me and immediately had an attitude. As I tried to explain the situation, she became defensive and started arguing that I had told her it was a battery issue and that battery and engine problems are completely different. Everyone was extremely nice and polite. I had to deal with Silver Rock for repairs and Jesus was amazing in handling everything. The woman that works up front was also very nice and pleasant to work with. Overall I had a great experience and the whole process went as smooth as could be considering we were dealing with a warranty company.

Antonio was super helpful with it being at 5:30, he was able to help check the tie and give me a price on it to make sure it’s good, there was one guy with a pony tail and hat i know his name starts with a j, he was extremely rude saying “ we bout to close we don’t got time “ just trying to get me out not trying to work Antonio was helpful telling him to stop but that guy was being super rude. That man Antonio would be a great manager. That other guy at his big age complaining about doing his job that he paid for is not good for a company like this.

Alex and Dave got me in and out so quickly! The service here is absolutely amazing and super welcoming. I asked a ton of questions, and they answered every single one with patience and kindness. I left feeling way more informed about my vehicle and tire pressure. They fixed my tires after I accidentally overfilled them and didn’t even charge a service fee — that’s 5-star service right there! They also showed me step by step how to avoid doing it again and even told me exactly how much air my tires need. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

I came in yesterday to see if my auxiliary battery could be replaced. Although everyone was very busy, I was greeted in a timely fashion. The female who I worked with explained how they were backed up. She let me know that the part had to be brought to them and I might have to leave my car overnight. However, they managed to do the repair within a couple of hours and I was able to pick up my vehicle that evening. I am beyond thrilled with the service that I received from the Firestone located at 1666 Boston Road in Springfield, Massachusetts on December 10, 2025,
