Firestone Complete Auto Care

I had an awesome experience at this Firestone location! The owner is from Massachusetts—just like me—and we ended up talking for a bit about our experiences moving down here, places to live, and some great memories from back home. Super nice guy, really chill, and made me feel welcomed. On top of that, the service was excellent. My car is lowered on coilovers and slightly modified, so I’m always a little picky about where I take it for alignments and tire work. These guys handled everything with care and got my tires and alignment done in just a few hours—way quicker than I expected. The whole team was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was done right. Definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable service and good people. I'll be coming back for sure!

Thanks to Richard the big guy in the front desk, Excellent service! Honest advisors. Came in fully expecting to have to change the tire, they found a screw and completed the repair. Saved me time and money… really appreciate their honesty and customer service!!

They men were great and they were helpful. However their was a sensor that was "broken" per the tech, and needed changed. I do not think they actually changed it, as the light is still on, and now stays on and flashing at me like they did something wrong. before service it would just come on now and then. They did oil change, 2 tires and a sensor. Since then the car is acting up, the sensor is flashing and on... Something was not done correctly. Now they are going to want more money for what they did!

So what's up with Firestone? Are they trying not to sell the lifetime alignment? Tried to tell my husband his car needed a full front end rebuild at a cost of $2500-$5000. This car has been on the lift at least 3 times at my trusted mechanic for part replacement on the front (wheel bearing and CV axle) within the 8 months we have owned it.... My mechanic has worked over 20 years on the brand.... Is a shop foremen at said brand dealership.... And while inspecting the car after purchase did NOT recommend ANY of what Firestone claimed was wrong. Yes it is a $1000 car We know it has still a few odds and ends to fix.... Had get Motor mounts done on my dodge charger RT 2021 , they did an excellent job , The employees were really nice, very clean shop. I couldn't wait because my repair would take about 5 hours , I could have waited, but I choose not to. Other than that, very pleased with the service, got all my discounts which helped out and I do not live in Titusville, I lived in Edgewater, but it seemed like firestones in my neighborhood we're very high on price, had been to this Firestone before I got work done and again , I was very pleased at the work done , i definitely recommend this shop and also for myself. I'll be coming back. They do offer military discount.
