Be aware Be aware Be aware. Dave, the store manager, was extremely dishonest, rude, and unprofessional. He hung up on me multiple times during our conversation. My daughter brought her car there while I wasn’t around, and they claimed the brakes were bad even though I had personally replaced them less than two weeks ago. They also said they “checked” them without even taking the tires off. This experience was very concerning and unprofessional. I would strongly suggest being cautious before having work done here. Hopefully this review helps bring attention to the situation before it gets buried under fake reviews. Already contacted support waiting to hear back from regional manager

I have taken my car here since I bought it; tires, battery, sway bars, light engine work - everything! I got the Firestone Credit Card to help in the savings and I can not tell you how beneficial it has been. Besides the savings, you also get free checkups, and tire rotations! The card, and the savings are what got me in the door, but honestly, I keep coming back because I appreciate the honesty and customer service. I work on a budget, so when repairs are needed, they always work with me to decide what is necessary, and what can wait. They go above and beyond trying to find coupons they can apply to reduce cost - especially with tires. The work is always great, and it is almost always completed day of the appointment ( I usually bring it in before 10am). I just wanted to say thank you

Had a scheduled oil change and was completed nice and quick. Not to mention I had a few other questions about my truck that Dave the manager answered without making me feel how most women feel in any car type of environment. 10/10 would recommend honestly a better experience then going to a dealership bc that is just a hassle no one wants to deal with. Stress free and easy

David was friendly and extremely helpful. I called on a Saturday morning with a dead battery, and he assured me it wouldn’t be a problem and to bring my car right in. Despite it being a busy holiday weekend, they had my battery replaced and had me back on the road within two hours. Excellent service and a great experience overall.

I buy tires and do my alignments here. I don’t have anything negative to say. The employees here are very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I love my firestone tires and will continue to buy them in the future. For those who don’t know. Firestone has been in this location since 1980 and was competing with Jordan marsh car care center (where apple cinemas is now) up until the late 90s when they tore that building down for the new showcase cinemas in the 2000s.
