Firestone Complete Auto Care

After trying to get a Firestone around here for months, I finally got in thanks to the lovely crew who accommodated for me. I couldn’t get a Firestone to keep an appointment whenever I would schedule online because “low staff”. So thank you to Jason for allowing me to still come to the appointment. Thank you to the service manager, Josh, as well for taking the time to explain everything in detail. Most importantly, the tech, Doug, for staying later than any of us expected to work on my vehicle. All of your efforts were well appreciated!! Y’all are the real MVPs!! I highly recommend this location specifically because the staff do take pride in their jobs and it shows!

I have been a loyal customer to Firestone for years because of the exceptional service and great value provided by this company. That being said, this specific location, Josh namely, provided better service than I have experienced in any capacity in years. Not only was he constantly updating me about my car, he worked with me to manage the final payment to be realistic for me to pay, and fixed my 177k mile car driving controls to a level that I am riding around in a quieter car than my mother's 45k mile car!!! Josh went above and beyond in terms of conscientiousness, timeliness, understanding, helpfulness, and, above all else, the thoroughness of the job that he provided me--though more expensive than I would've hoped--ACTUALLY fixed my car (so far) instead of an endless parade of new band

Took 3 hours for an alignment and inspection. Seems a bit long, but that's not the reason for a 3 star review... The reason for the review is during the inspection, they suggested replacing my windshield nozzles. They worked fine before, so I declined the repair. I got home and I noticed why they suggested the repair. They broke the drive side windshield spray nozzles off of the line. Kind of annoying.

First time customer here and I will definitely be back! I dropped off a set of wheels and tires for them to mount and balance for me and the entire process was cordial and quick! Nice clean place with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!
