Terrible experience. I feel completely taken advantage of! I was stuck In that area for the weekend needing my spark plugs changed. I get to Firestone with spark plugs and was told I couldn’t use the ones I already had. Okay that’s fine. But I was also told my Fuel injector and a spark plug needed to be changed. I proceeded to get charged $370 for the fuel pump and the labor. A few weeks later I’m getting the rest of them changed out and it turns out my fuel injector was never replaced. I am not from that area so now I have to drive an hr plus just to show that it wasn’t changed and maybe get a refund. This is a complete inconvenience giving that I am a college student who works full time having to deal with this scam.

Scheduled an appointment for a life time wheel realignment after getting new tires installed on my vehicle. This appointment was for 10am. Arrived to the firestone on Moreland rd in Waukesha at approximately 9:55am. Didn't get acknowledged until 10:05am due to two service writers assisting customers. A simple "hello, we'll be with you as soon as possible" would have been great. Our vehicle didn't get driven into the garage until 11:06am (over an hour later than the scheduled appointment!). The wheel alignment wasn't driven out of the garage until 1116 am (over an hour and 16 minutes later than the scheduled appointment!). Adequate for an oil change, but never again for having work done. I was told my brakes would take 2 hours. I stood in line to check in for 15 minutes while the manager helped someone fill out a Firestone credit card application on the phone. He was trying to get them to put the work they needed on the card. The guy in the back finally came out and said it would be at least 4 hours because they had other vehicles to work on. I had to call for a ride home, and then back. When I still hadn’t heard after five hours I called and was told they “just finished.” When I got in my car, someone there had left the headlights on. Unbelievable. Never again.

This location helped fix my alternator when I called in for an emergency. They got me into their very busy schedule and got the work done. Michael was very communicative, Cameron the technician and Amber were very helpful, patient and knowledgeable when ringing me up. Great experience, thank you!

Recently I needed two tires mounted before a road trip and really regret coming to this location. First, I was waiting several hours to get my wheels back and called only to learn that they forgot to call and tell me they were done. When I got my wheels back, I found them scratched up and chipped in several places. The week previous I spent a lot of time restoring these wheels only to have that work ruined by careless techs. Matt told me that their machine isn’t “touch less,” but I wish they had informed me there was a risk of damage before I dropped them off. Even still, it’s clear that they used a screwdriver to pry off the center caps causing unnecessary damage when you can literally pop them out from the back.
