Melissa and Cyrus were both extremely efficient in getting my car serviced, inspected and repaired. I drive over 200 miles a day. I immediately noticed an improvement after they completed their recommendations. I am very impressed!!!!By the way, do you do lawn mowers? 😁

I got there with a slow leak in my tire 35 minutes before they closed and they claimed that they couldn’t help me because they are about to close (they close at 5 on Sundays and I got there at 4:25). Mind you, the reason was because they had one car already in front of me. But guess what, go to JORDI’s TIRE SHOP about 5 mins up the road! They fixed my tire and their customer service is a heck of a lot better than this raggedy franchise! As a matter of fact, it’s 4:50pm and what takes Firestone apparently more than 35mins to do, took JORDI’s 10 mins at most. Just save yourself time and go to JORDI’s. Firestone ain’t worth a screen door on a submarine.

Mel took care of my tire pressure after this temperature dropped. She was very kind and professional about assisting me so my tire pressure light came off. No charge for the tire pressure check. I appreciate it.

Overall service was good. Fast, efficient and courteous service. I had to ask about discounts through Firestone for any services I received and ask about a military discount although I've been using Firestone for over 7 years now. If I hadn't asked, I would not have been told about any coupons or discounts which saved me a little money. When every little bit helps, this is an important factor for a consumer.
