I’ve taken my car here for the last ten years and these guys don’t fail me! They don’t try to up-sale though they give you recommendations. Franklin is the BEST Tech and Deon has the best ability to make you feel confident about services and provides excellent customer service. I recommend them for any auto needs as they are reliable and trustworthy.

Devon H. & his partner Shickell were amazing!! Our vehicle surprised us with a dead battery after we finished dinner nearby and they help us tremendously! Shaquille drove over to the parking lot 0:5 miles away to jump our car and they replaced our battery when the store was due to close in 10 mins. They stayed late and went above and beyond to help us. THANK YOU FIRESTONE for finding GREAT people to provide superior service!

Everyone there was very friendly. Told me everything that I needed to know in regards to my car getting fixed and gave me every discount they could. They were quick with fixing my car with the amount of things that needed to be done. Absolutely love them and will continue going back.

I am so impressed with the customer service at the Wayne, NJ location. Aaron gave phenomenal customer service and answered all my questions, gave me answers or advice. I have been to other locations that either said we can’t do it or looked at me like I was crazy! Which is when I feel a woman is not taken seriously when dealing with cars. I can’t express enough my gratitude to Aaron and the team!!! I will be using them moving forward.
