10/10 Service especially from Joell Anderson, the gentleman who helped me! I went in for new Tires for my EV and the whole process was seamless. What I appreciated the most was the ability for me to ask any question that was on my mind. Joell Was more than happy to help me secure the best price and best deal for my tires and his customer service skills are truly excellent. Definitely coming back here again. In fact, i’m going there next week for my windshield wiper replacement 🙂.

Firestone has always offered great service and advice for me over the years. It was a great experience. No problems getting an appointment repairs in reasonable time. Very polite staff and knowledgeable technicians. Got my TPMS sensor fixed without any issues. Firestone as always, treated me right. Amongst the best and highly recommended. Thanks again!

OH MY GOSH! Excellent service, friendly staff, clean place! Driving from MI to FL in a snowstorm today, two old broads had car trouble and NO IDEAS. Ended up at this Firestorm. They immediately diagnosed, ordered parts, repaired quickly and charged us a very fair rate. We were there a TOTAL of 90 min. from first encounter to driving away. Who does that? VERY VERY happy! I've been a customer to this location since 2016 and after this last visit I will be looking elsewhere for my car maintenance needs. Previous visit involved an employee trying to scare me into buying new tires when it was in fact not urgently needed. This visit started off just as bad, I dropped my car off at 9am and it wasnt until about 2pm that I had to call the location and find out what is going on with my car. Even though I was told the test ran would only take a few hours. No call ever from the store just an expectation that I just wait until they feel ready to notify me. I decided to go to the store to retrieve my belongings and to my surprise my car was sitting in the lot with the keys inside not watched and the tech made no attempt to explain why my car was simply sitting and not

On our way from Michigan to Florida our car started having problems! A trip and diagnostic check showed we had ignition coil problems. The guys at Firestone were absolutely awesome! Got us in quickly for the check and had the repairs done quickly!! Definitely recommend this auto repair shop!!
