The manager Raul was awesome, straight to the point and did sugarcoated anything. My car is running great thanks to his tech Mike, another professional. The whole staff was friendly and got me in and out with no problems. Will be going back.

The service I received at this location was fantastic. My tire began losing air while I was driving across alligator alley. I kept driving and googled the closest tire place, which was this Firestone. I pulled in at 6:08, and they were helpful and attentive even though I am sure they wanted to get home. It ended up that I had two tires with issues. I needed a whole new tire, and they were able to plug a hole on one tire and replace the other in under an hour. Highly recommend.

Raul and Irene were exceptional and providing me top rated customer service in helping me achieve excellent results in my visit today. It was not only smooth, but it was seamless! They definitely are experienced in what they do and very knowledgeable. I am very fortunate to have come to this Firestone and have them help me with my automobile issue. When I called for an appointment, they asked if I could come in same day yet. As they worked as a team, they were able to accommodate me for a full service! Thank you to this Firestone!
