Tony, Victor and Eric were fantastic. They saved me late on Friday evening when my valve stem blew on my RAM3500. Super professional help right when the store was closing. These guys ROCK!

I was having a lot of trouble with other Tires Plus in Pembroke Pines they couldn't balance and align correctly after buying a full set of tires including balance alignment several times between the 900 days period and always waa having trouble. I use to go to Weston site before and went back and was treated as it should be and feel the service aster driving a whole complete difference experience that it was as it should, very professional and courteous personnel, thank very much

The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process. My tires were installed and balanced faster than expected, and my car drives smoother than ever. I had a 10 AM appointment at Tire Plus for a simple tire install, and I still ended up waiting over 3 hours before my car was even finished. Having an appointment should mean something, but it felt like walk-ins were being taken ahead of me. I do want to mention that the woman at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful, but the wait time was absolutely miserable. There’s really no reason someone with a scheduled appointment should have to sit for that long. Very disappointing experience, and definitely makes me think twice about coming back.

I came to the Weston Tires Plus and the store manager Laz took excellent care of my car. He was knowledgeable, kind, and explained everything clearly. The service was done with precision, and I felt confident driving away. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers — highly recommend asking for him!
