I had a awesome experience with Great Bear Automotive, I've found my new mechanic!!! My Yucon is 25 years old and I have no intention of getting rid of her, the team at Great Bear was able to diagnose her reduced engine power issue and fix the issue in two days. This was an great experience. The customer service was off the chart. They offered me a free oil change as a new member of the community, and didnt upcharge me out the door. So much better than the experience with the big franchise automotive shop up the road. I think I found my new auto repair shop. Give them a try for sure!!!
