Awesome place, took my car here for a Prepurchase Inspection and hey found everything that was not up to code on the car, then Jeffery called SilverRock insurance and got them to pay for 95 percent the things my car needed. He was awesome, they really looked at my car good and caught it all the things it needed. Very thankful and I feel very happy with my car now.

Phil was waiting for me to check in right there at the register. He informed me of all I needed to know. He was friendly helpful and very professional. Was in and out for a couple of services in under 45 minutes. Phil is one of the best service techs and his customer relations skills are outstanding. He exceeded expectations

DO NOT GO HERE! Absolutely enraged with our experience here! My family is mechanics and work on our cars ourselves but we do not have the equipment to do alignments ourselves I an from the Raleigh area and moved here in July with my boyfriend who’s car has needed an alignment since last year. He wasn't in a hurry to get it done until I pointed out his tires were almost bald. So we got new tires, that was barely even a month ago. Yesterday we had an appointment for an alignment at 6pm, they close at 7pm. He was worried his tired wore again and didn’t want to drop money on new ones after he just did, so we checked all his tires before the appointment. Well after waiting for an hour, they come back telling us a list of things needing to be replaced on the car, including wipers and the batter

Was gifted a 1994 Ford XLT and Jeff and his crew has been excellent to help me get it ready to drive back to Texas. They have been honest about needed repairs, recommend optional repairs and communication has been outstanding.

I have been a Firestone customer for many years. I recently moved to Pitt County and now have my car needs provided by Firestone in Winterville. The staff is outstanding, in particular Mr. Locklear. He is always transparent and explains my needed services with clarity. He is super focused on providing great customer service. I am also in and out without unnecessary delay.
