I have been going to this location for a couple of years now with several different vehicles. Charlie and his staff are always kind , knowledgeable, and most importantly reasonable. I took my BMW in for brake pads because my vehicle maintenance and notification messages would not reset. Most would lead you to believe that you can only take a foreign vehicle to the dealership where they will charge you an arm and a leg . I was actually told at the dealership that my pads “weren’t that bad” but they can replace them for( in my opinion ) an astronomical amount. Well I took my vehicle to Firestone and Charlie walked me back and showed me that the sensor was malfunctioning because the brake pads were indeed worn and needed to be replaced in addition to the sensors. How this place has 4.2 stars is beyond me. I posted about my alternator about 90 days ago. I'm posting again because the shop manager told me I needed a 130 and it turns out it's a 110. My 1st battery died completely the second battery was on its way out until I removed my 525.00 alternator and had it tested. It failed. I bought one for 280.00 and installed. I haven't had a problem since. This alternator replacement cost me 1000+ due to an unknowledgeable person in charge. Not to mention the 30 day warranty. I smell some Stank in the air..

Oil change was fine but few things I don’t like about this place. They told me my tires were needing replacement and printed me out a quote without asking. What bothered me more was my tires were low on air and they didn’t fill up. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way that they full inspected and printed me a quote but didn’t even fill the air with tires. Additionally, virtual assistant is not very attentive and took forever for them to help me.

My battery was “too complicated” to replace at some of the other local auto places but Firestone could do it! Was able to get right in. Quick and easy. Thanks!
