I have been to First Choice automotive before and in the past few years it went downhill. I had switched to a different mechanic that this year proved to be overcharging on labor and parts. So I went back to First Choice Auto and found out they just recently changed new owners. The new owners are a family that is trustworthy, honest, doesn’t believe in price gouging and knows what they’re doing. I have been to their shop a few times this year and each time the price and service were excellent and my car was done quickly. They even took a look at other things with the car just to make sure that it was going right without any extra charges without me asking to because I wanted to make sure that I was driving away in a safe vehicle. This was our first time at First Choice and definitely not our last. We had to replace our air injection system control valve. It was reasonably priced, they ordered the parts and began working right away. Thank you for taking care of us!

⚠️ CAUTION – THIS SHOP IS A SCAM! Do NOT take your car here. They are careless and will permanently damage your vehicle just to charge you more for unnecessary repairs. We brought our mom’s car to fix a simple issue: a loose front bumper fascia and to check the A/C. The car was in perfect condition and had never had any problems (Toyota minivan – basically indestructible). After four days, they called us saying the car would no longer start because the ventilation system supposedly “did not work” and that the electrical system would burn out. They refused to take any responsibility, kept saying they “did not know” what was wrong, and that it was not their problem. They also could not give us an estimate of how much more it would cost.
