They went out of their way to help me out, came and got the keys from house and picked up my vehicle and dropped it off with no issues and best everyone's price. Highly recommended. Thanks First Choice, you guys rock!

My 79 yo mom was picked up after waiting about an hour and a half. Her car would not start and on a mid 40’s day was really cold when the tow arrived. The driver seeming very competent with towing, needs some assistance with customer service. Not only did he have his window down the majority of the way from Edina to Andover, his music of choice was not appropriate. Mom said “every song was about screwing, I was so embarrassed”. She arrived at the mechanic shop frozen and embarrassed. Wanted to say something but too kind to complain. Completely unacceptable in my opinion and will never recommend

Called for a tow - blew out a tire. Very quick response. The service provider was professional and very helpful. He was kind enough to pet us ride along to drop off the car at the sito center near home!

Guy was an hour and a half late, and showed up without saying anything at all. On top of minimal and unprofessional communication, he charged 50$ for winching. He also was rough with my vehicle during the towing process. He was on the phone while driving the tow truck. Overall, very poor experience

A few days ago I had a vehicle with a no start condition after work. Tried a few things to get it going, no luck. Called one company that was listed on a repair facility website. This was around 8pm. They said they could get someone out next morning around 10am. Not a big deal, wasn't in the road or anything. Then I remembered Scott at First Choice. Sent him a message of my situation. He had a driver there in less than 10 minutes. Certainly keeping these guys on the first to call list!
