First Class Auto Sales @ Bessemer

I had to get a new car after my first one was totaled back in December. For an entire month I was the most stressed i had ever been in my life, but the finance manager, D, made the process so so so easy. She was so sweet and patient, even when I was a nervous wreck 😅

They were great awesome everything with smooth .! Mrs d the best she handle me with care and was patient with me the whole time ! I got approved over the phone so I already knew what I was getting .! They don’t let you leave without a car .!

I love you all so much! They worked something miracles for ya girl! Ms. Cat and Ms. Dee were so very helpful in my process! They tried everything in the book and got me rolling immediately! 10/10 definitely recommend!!!

Never have I ever had the type experience that my husband and I had with First Class Auto Sales. Our SalesLady, Dee was the Ultimate in doing what she dose. We walked in and was Immediately offered refreshments and was made to feel welcomed. She didn't waste no time getting right down to business. I give her a perfect 10 across the board . Thank you guys we will be back and for sure tell our friends.

Do not buy a car from here I bought a old car about 8 years old I owe 30,000 on it car terrible been having problems for 7 months got a warranty but every mechanic i take it to wont take the insurance so im stuck with a 30,000 8 year old raggedy car I dont know what to do oh yea and i forgot to say the car had beem wrecled so they sell wrecked old 7 and 8 year old cars for for 30,000 the thing is if you dont have good credit ypu go here but u gone get a 8 or 9 year old car for the price of a brand new car thats wrong amd lowdown just not right I swear
