First Class Halt

First Class HALT understands customer service. From a warm welcome to a detailed explanation of the work to be done. Had my Tundra at two local places including the dealer without resolution. One trip to HALT and we’re fixed. Our vehicles will be serviced there from now on!

We recently moved to Greenville and First Class HALT was recommended as someone that specialized in G m Toyota repair. They set us up with an appointment at our convenience. Did the requested repairs and did additional checks. The prices seemed reasonable and we plan to go back in the future. Jim R

Excellent customer service! Was hesitant after taking my Lexus exclusively to the dealership but First Class HALT in Greenville were fantastic! I’ll never go back to anywhere else. Highly recommend if you own a Honda, Acura, Lexus or Toyota!

Owning Toyotas and Hondas doesn’t take me to the repair shop often but when need I highly recommend First Class Halt. I recently had warning lights go off in my 22 Lexus and they got me in right away to help me diagnose and resolve the issue. These guys are very fair and professional. I have been a customer for 10 or 11 years.

Kerri at the front desk was very helpful and informative the whole time and the service was thorough, quick, and felt professional the whole time. I only got a diagnostic but they printed and sent me a full report with pictures and everything organized in order of safety, explaining every single thing they found and recommended. Definitely top notch service.
