Went in for a bulb for my headlight and after selling me the bulb Justin was kind enough to come outside to make sure I had the correct one. Opened the hood and removed the cap to bulb, fiddled around with it and turned out was just loose. Thank you so much for saving me a few bucks Justin! Excellent customer service!
Horrible service, no one there to help during buisness hours. Store was literally closed. Extremely poor management. Never wished this upon any establishment. Manager should be ashamed.
CAP relies less on store brands and more on name-brand parts. Most auto part stores offer fairly good service and CAP has been exceptional at the three of their locations that I've been to.
Great customer service! Received ordered parts in just a few hours and staff was very helpful and friendly.
The employees are friendly, polite, and helpful. Prices are reasonable and do is the return policy.
