Fisher Auto Parts

I experienced some very unsafe driving caused by a parts driver for this store. On Monday, September 16th at 11:45AM, I was nearly hit head on in the construction zone at E 343th Street and Vine at the entrance to Convenient Food Mart. I sounded my horn but the inattentive driver did not respond as she was on course to hit me. A construction worker had to tell her three times to go around me before she finally did. Then she got out of her vehicle and started arguing with the construction worker, impeding traffic and creating a further hazard. This young woman is not capable of safely operating a motor vehicle in my opinion. I wish to offer my advisement to the company on the danger posed by this worker.
