We wondered around the lot, nobody came out to see us. Had to go inside to get a sales report, then he couldn't find the car in their stock, I had to show him the online price. Then, the shift manager was very rude and demeaning. Kind of sarcastic in nature. I had the cash upfront, He wouldn't even work with me. I've used Fitz for years, now, sad to say, I wash my hands of them.

Horrible experience again with the Service Manager. Paint is starting to flake off my side panels, just like the hood and roof, and they won't fix a problem that they are aware of since 2015. Both hood (twice) and roof have been fixed, but apparently, they only do spot painting instead of properly painting and fixing the issues 🤔 SHADY company to NOT EVEN take photos of the car to send to Hyundai.

Do not buy!!!! Bought a car, didn't even make it home before the transmission almost fell out. They would only exchange vehicle. Got new vehicle that came with warranty allegedly but when tried to use it was not recognized anywhere.

Had a terrific new vehicle buying experience yesterday with this Hyundai dealership. The easiest and most transparent new vehicle purchase I have ever experienced so it was well worth it for me to drive 200 miles to Clearwater to complete my transaction. Many thanks to my salesperson, Ken Logan, and the General Sales Manager, Lane Campbell, for allowing me to make this purchase. Ken had all the paperwork ready to sign and the vehicle was fully detailed and fueled ready to go. I was in and out in just over 90 minutes as I had a 200 mile drive back home. Thank you to Fitzgerald's Countryside Hyundai in Clearwater for a great buying experience and for being one of the rare Florida based dealers that won't sell above MSRP and a reasonable dealer doc fee!

Total waste of time. Lowest offer on my trade in and the truck they had online had damage in person and the engine was shaking the car. The epitome of used car sales. Say whatever to get you in and lowball you. Won’t be back
