Called the day before needing a truck alignment. Brought it in the next morning and were super nice. Had it done in 30 minutes and gave me the computer print out of what was out of spec and everything is now in spec.

These people are thieves! The company I work for sent my damaged truck here for repairs, I returned there in a different truck to retrieve my belongings. Only to find out I was missing flat screen TV, gave me a microwave that wasn't mine, missing a $300 garmin GPS, about $80 in non-perishable groceries, a shark pet hand vac, a suitcase full of my daughters clothes, and some other odd and ends. They only thing they removed was my duffle bag, bedding and a cooler! Thieves. Shady!

I wish that I did not have to give a star at all! This one was of the most expensive, worst experiences we have ever had. My husband thought Fitzgerald would be a great place to bring his truck and get it repaired properly. Nope, didn't happen. We dropped the truck off and about two weeks later we received a call saying it was fixed. There were specifics that needed to be fixed, my husband had a list. The driver's door lock windshield wiper buttons and the passenger's side mirror casing that had electrical tape holding it on are just a few things that needed repaired. There were lots of other things approximately $6400 worth of things that also needed repairs. Please be careful with this people from sales department they screw me over i was out of work for more than 2 months i bought a truck from them and after driving 1200 miles i found out the truck needs overhaul and the head is cracked they send me from shop to shop to do estimates the truck was sitting for 6 weeks finally I was able to get my money back for the truck and they tow the truck back to Tennessee but they still owe me almost $400.00 for diagnostic not including my loss of revenue with is around $23000.00 .
