Short notice repair needed. Parsons were there to help me. Great service and great people. No fluff and stuff, just good service providers. Can't thank them enough for helping me.

Andy is very friendly and easy to talk to. Very honest, in my opinion. The bill was very close to the estimate. I have a 2012 Equinox. He replaced the wheel bearing assembly which fixed the ABS problem, but there still seems to be an issue with the front suspension. Makes a lot of noise at slow speeds over bumps& potholes. Im taking it back to have him check it out again.

Awesome customer service! Only place in town that offered to drive out to my house to check and replace an RV battery on a standard Ford350. They drove it to the shop to go over it and make it safe for me to drive. They filled my tires, fixed a broken awning screw, new wipers, and a few other miscellaneous items. Nobody else in town would even talk to me. I’m very grateful for these wonderful people! More importantly, I’d recommend them and give 6* if I could!
