Five Points Car Wash

Too expensive. Not much time for a lot of money compared to every car wash I've been to. Spent $5 washing by hand, ran out of quarters and my car is still looking dirty. This place use to be good. I don't know what happened.

Got the top level wash, my car is still filthy. I'll be calling again in the morning to talk to someone about this. I made sure to take a video of my car in their parking lot still dirty.

The vacuums worked really well, so I gave the wash a try. The spray wand actually sprayed soap, the foaming brush actually foamed, you could actually see and smell the wax when selected and the spot free rinse really didn't leave any spots. I was stunned! And was able to do it all for $6.75 + $1.00 to vacuum. The place was very clean and everything worked!

I'm sick of wasting my money here. The vacuums NEVER work. They're always clogged. Trash cans are always overflowing. Where you wash your car there's always clumps of mud and rocks so you have to be careful not to get your shoes muddy. As busy as this place is they need to invest in better maintenance.

The bay I chose had no soap at all. Nothing but water. I called and left a message and I finally received a $5 check in the mail. It cost $3 to cash it. I would rather have had car wash tokens or a $5 Bill.
