Jiffy Lube

It was my first time using Jiffy Lube for an oil change and I will definitely be going back. They were wonderful! I was in and out quickly but didn't feel like they rushed through. They made sure all my lights were working properly and topped off my fluids. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This was my first oil change with my "NEW to me" vehicle. It's a 2022, and the tech's were very knowledgeable of my questions and of all the options they were giving me. It didn't feel like a script or sales pitch. They did quality work in a timely fashion. I was more than pleased with my visit.

Elijah, Travis and Robbie where all working when I brought my Mazda 3 in for an oil change. They where all very courteous and kind. We even shared a couple of laughs. They where all very helpful and reminded me that I needed a windshield wiper change as well (I knew it was well needed 🤣). They also acknowledged the fact my PSI in my tires was too high and lowered the pressure. My son was sleeping in the back of the car and he didn't even wake a single time. They all deserve some recognition and I will be coming back to this location.

The two men of whom helped me first thing in the morning in Eaton, OH were nothing less than stellar laborers. Exceptional work ethic, kindness, and general atmosphere all around. No pushing and the upsells were JUST kind enough to consider a new pair of wiper blades. Maybe next time, as I will assuredly return with my wife’s car. Thanks again.

Didn't ask me what oil I wanted, just gave me the most expensive premium synthetic, which I wouldn't have picked. Would have liked high mileage additive but nothing on the invoice about it. Partially my fault for assuming they were using what I had the previous time or using what makes sense for my car and it's mileage, but they've always asked before. Receipt says I got my sticker replaced but I realized later they never gave me one (I was tired). So, I had to write the mileage on my old sticker. But it was quick and they were friendly. I have been there many times before, and the service was better, so it depends who is working, I guess. Would rate previous service 5 stars but costing me an extra $20 or so without getting the additive and not giving me a sticker while putting on the invo
