All the folks are super helpful at this store! I had the best customer service experience here !!! And just so you know …. I believe all the folks working here have lot of mechanical work experience or have been mechanics in the past . I not only got what I needed but extra extra help with what I was trying to get fixed ! Thank you so much Napa guys ! Y’all are a great role model for professionalism! Great work ethics ! I would recommend this store any time since they went above and beyond to make things work!!

This isn't your typical auto parts store. The employees are very knowledgeable in their field. Very helpful and friendly. They are the definition of Napa Know How! They can also custom make hydraulic hose, and numerous other odds and ends things. Great for commercial customers as Well, with fast free delivery and hassle free returns. They sell quality parts at great prices. Robert and his team have it going like a well oiled machine!

Purchased a part from them on 1/10/2023. Part was damaged so returned it to them without leaving. They ordered a new part to replace but was going to take 2 days to get in. Next day I found the part I needed from a different store so called and canceled the one from them. Still has not been refunded my money(1/18/2023). Did not use a credit or debit card to pay and NO a cash refund was not communicated to me!
