Neil and Christina were kind, honest, and efficient on the service on my car. It was my first time visiting this location and it won’t be the last. I felt safe going by myself with two young children and was pleased with the work. The service on my cars was done efficiently and effectively. I stopped by Five Points Service Center during a busy holiday week, and Neil and his wife Christina still managed to help me right away. I had such a great experience at Five Points Service Center! They are incredibly pet friendly — my French Bulldog, Bruno, was welcomed inside and even got to relax on their couch with some cold water to cool off. 🐾 The staff was so warm and accommodating, making us both feel right at home. On top of that, the service was lightning fast — everything was completed in under 15 minutes! I was so impressed by their efficiency and friendliness. Excellent! Neil just got me out of a huge bind! I was driving down Glenwood Avenue this afternoon and someone pulled up beside me and told me I had a flat tire. So I pulled into Five Points Service center to see if they could help me. I know how to change a tire, but I was there so I thought I would ask. It's a good thing I didn't even try because the last time I got my tires rotated the dealer didn't give me back the key for the lock nut. Even though they were really busy, Neil stopped and was able to get it off and put my spare tire on and I was on my way. Thank you so much! I will be back.
