Nahed is very honest and tries to take care of all the customers. He is also very sensative. He doesnt mean anything if he yells .it is part of his background. He was beaten up alot by his brothers growing up. Francisco is also very honest and caring. Ask him about his growing up experiences on the farm with the animals. They do good repairs. Always keep in mind that manufacturers make cars with the expectation that you will by a new car not fix them. Tom R.

Usually always get my gas here because of the good prices but will probably never be back after today (1/10/26) after being treated so rudely. Clearly there's a problem here reading the other reviews. Maybe get rid of the problem employees or work on how to be kind to customers.

Super rude. Failed me in May for no fuel door and a tail light out, ok bummer but whatever I'll get it fixed. Told them if they are able to fix it that I would get the work done there. Had me write my name and number down and they would call with a quote. Gave it a few days and no call although they said they did (never received any calls - not sure). Spoke with someone who said they couldn't help as the fuel door is back ordered with their vendor but I can buy it myself and bring it in. Ended up ordering a part off eBay and my husband learned how to do it himself. Got my lights replaced as well during an oil change. Went back today, I told them I had fixed what failed last time and I was here to get a sticker. First thing he says is that I'm going to have to pay again. I asked why he said

This garage was great a few years back. I used to get all my work done here and it was fast, affordable, and the guy running the shop was always honest about the work I needed. At some point it changed hands and the experience is completely different. There have been multiple instances where they “couldn’t” do work on my jeep and would lie about why. It started 2 yrs ago during an inspection. They had trouble finding the input to plug in the car and were wicked rude about it. I showed them where it was and they got it done, though the attitude was unnecessary. Then at one point I wanted to get my tires rotated. Basic service. The guy Francisco made up some bs line that I needed to bring a specialty tire iron because he didn't have one that fit my wheels. Ok. I don’t have one, you’re the me

Love them here. Always fairly priced and quick. Even stores my jeep for a week after work was done when I was out of town. They also saved me HUNDREDS from the awful excuse for a man who owns Beverly Tire and Gas who refuses to plug a whole innth3ce terbof my tire from a nail and proceeded to scrape and smash a $500 boomerang tire cover and destroy Xmas presents in the trunk while doing so. The guys at 5 stat patched it for $35 and fixed the bent latch on my tires covered, reinstalled it for free in 15 minutes. The owner inquired about buying my jeep from me for his daughter and was in no way pushy. If I was ready to sell at the time, it would've been a great suggestion! Plus, their gas is cheap and always have lovely service attendents. Super convenient. I'll never go anywhere else on the
