I went to this car wash based on a recommendation from a friend who owns the same model car as me. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely negative. Immediately after exiting the car wash, I noticed something was wrong when my tire pressure warning came on for my front driver’s side tire. While still in the parking lot near the vacuum area, I pulled over and found my tire completely flat. I went inside to report the issue. The manager, Sean, came out and had an employee attempt to help, but it was clear they didn’t know what they were doing. I ultimately had to ask them to stop touching my tire and call someone myself to assist. While waiting, Sean informed me that the car wash was not responsible and that they would not reimburse me for any repairs. There was no visible signage posted

I felt like they did a good job of cleaning my car, but they removed my inspection sticker from my windshield without saying anything? It looks like it was scraped off my car. They did leave the sticker in my center console, but I have no idea why it was removed. The inspection doesn’t even expire for another two months.

have been a monthly membership client for years, best car wash in the area, I find the air blowers at the end are the strongest around and get most of the water off the car without having to dry with a towel.

Overpriced for sure. This car wash left my car with spots and streaks on the windows that were not there before. I couldn't even vacuum my car because there were so many flying cockroaches, spiders, and other unidentified bugs so I dried off my car myself despite paying for the top exterior service and left without vacuuming like I needed to. Gross.
