Five Star Subaru Service

I bought my WRX from this Dealer. Everything went smooth back then, so I had no reason not to try the Service Department when the time came. I live 2.5 hours away. Was having an issue with my Headlight, so I called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. There was a minor miscommunication between myself and the receptionist. But Jason Womack and Deion Thomas took care of me and got my car checked out and repaired the same day. They did not have to do what they did, but wanted to make things better after the misunderstanding I had when scheduling the service. They were both very cordial and professional.

Got our first oil change there and they forgot how to put the top back on. oil everywhere on the new car and at that my son slipped and fell in their shop too. They don’t know how to wash cars either. Get your car and don’t get the package that will service your car there so mad cuz it Sunday and they are closed and it far from where we live and well still terrible service! For forgetting how to do a simple oil change!

Disappointed by Misleading “Lifetime Car Wash” Promise I purchased my vehicle on July 25, 2025, and was informed by my salesperson that it came with a lifetime car wash. Today, I brought the car in for my very first wash. The vehicle was not dirty—just needed a quick cleaning. After waiting, I was surprised to find that the car had not been washed properly. The sales manager told me, in front of others in the waiting area, that “the guys who wash the cars are contracted and they only clean the outside and the front of the vehicle—they don’t scrub.” I explained that the car wasn’t even dirty enough to require scrubbing, but he repeated that “they don’t clean like that,” and added, “I hate to tell you that.” Unfortunately, the vehicle still didn’t receive a proper wash—no vacuuming, no ti

I had my Subaru Ascent in to 5 Star Subaru for service and want to complement the whole team for their kind, courteous, excellent care of my car. I’d like to give an extra shoutout to Reese, the 1st person to meet me upon my vehicle drop off and my loaner car return. Both days he approached my arrival with a smile and a welcoming greeting. He also double checked the loaner & returned an item I had left on the back seat!! Reese, you are a great addition to the service team! I love my Ascent and the team at 5 Star Subaru.
