Fix Auto Barrington

This place is awesome! I had a situation with the entire passenger side of my car! I was mostly worried about the color matching. This color requires a "three step" job and I can't tell that it was repaired. I only needed thier paint services but if i ever needed any cosmetic service, this is the place to go! Cary was awesome and has a great group of guys that truly know what they are doing. We'll done boys! Steve

Cassandre was very friendly and helpful in dealing with the insurance company. The shop did an amazing job on the body work on my Toyota Camry. It looks like I just drove it out of the showroom.

If you have to get your car fixed here, you should they are very good at what they do. I worked with someone named Shelby and she was very good. They even cleaned up my car really good as far as washing it and vacuuming it. They are pretty reasonable in price, especially if you have to go through your insurance for whatever reason. I would very much recommend this place to anyone.

Chose Fix b/c the insurance carrier preferred them. But, I'm glad I did. Their process, engagement, updates, and communication were terrific. The work product on my car was wonderful. I mean this with humor, I hope to never use them again - BUT - if I do happen to need a car repaired, I'd happily let them do the repairs. They did a great job and were very pleasant to work with. You'll be in good hands.

Wish I could give a "Zero" Star! Horrible! Run away as fast as you can! Tony, the Owner, is a scammer and does not care about his customers. Unfortunately, at the time of my auto accident in 2021, my insurance company pushed me to use Fix It Auto in Barrington for my auto accident repairs and they did a horrible, unprofessional and careless job on my vehicle, causing me to get the repairs done a second time here in 2025. Thank God I found Woodfield Collision as they were able to fix all the mistakes made by Fix It Barrington. On numerous occasions in the last four years since the original repair, I would physically go into Fix It Auto and would talk to Tony the Owner about the front grille falling off my car. He would take the car in the back of the shop only to tell me I should not go
