I've owned my truck now for over five years and was ready to put new tires on my truck. I've always had all my service done at Quick Lane at Wickstrom. I was aware of them having a price guarantee on tires so I knew I would get the best price. They were extremely courteous and professional upon arrival. It only took them 1 hour to put the new tires and to do a quick service , check on my brakes, and topped off all my fluids. They were also able to find that these tires were sold cheaper somewhere else, than they applied that cheaper price with their price guaranteed. I was happy to save some extra money. Took my 2017 Lincoln Navigator here to Wickstorm Ford because It was the closest one to me ( 50 min drive ) for multiple recalls which included my rear view backup camera . After the recall procedure of my rear view backup camera , my whole rear tail light system went out and BORIS KOTESY proceeded to blame it on me and claimed it was not there fault and that I would be charged the diagnostics and all repair cost to fix the wiring damaged caused . They also told me that water had gotten in which caused it , which could have only happened because they open the back and did not properly seal it right which allowed the water to get in and damage my wires and when I tried to explain that to them BORIS KOTESY proceeded to be extremely rude to me and didn’t want to cooperate with me .
