Fix Auto Bellevue

I had scraped my front corner bumper. This was my 4th separate auto body repair, and Fix Auto Bellevue again did an excellent job repairing good as new. I also appreciate them getting me in right away and keeping my car until I arrived back from a trip when complete.

From the moment I dropped off my car everyone there has been amazingly nice, professional, helpful and friendly. They were communicating the whole time my car was being repaired. Helped me get my aftermarket taillights replaced and made sure anything else I had on the car before my accident was replaced. Jennifer and Yuriy made the process from beginning to end painless and easy. Even when I had an issue with my trunk after pickup. They told me to bring it back and fixed it immediately. Highly recommend this shop not only for the customer service but their work as well.

Safety Risks, Unauthorized Repairs, and a Nightmare Experience I am writing this to warn others about Fix Auto Bellevue. I brought in my 2021 Honda Civic (previously in great condition) and the experience has been the single worst consumer experience of my life. Communication Breakdown: The shop held my car for over a month past the promised date. Despite my constant calls and emails, I received no updates. I finally had to physically walk into the shop to get any information. Even now, while they occasionally reply to emails, they provide no actual resolutions for the damage they’ve caused. Unauthorized Repairs: Initially, I was told the car would likely be a total loss. However, Fix Auto proceeded with repairs without my consent or a finalized agreement from my insurance. This strippe

My experience with this business was strictly positive. From the moment I selected this body shop at the website of the insurance company and till the moment I left the shop on my repaired car. The communication was timely, they kept me informed about every step of the repairment process. The business was very transparent about all decisions they made regarding which parts to replace and which to fix and also whether the replacement will be done with OEM parts or compatible parts from other members. A small bonus that the work has been done a couple of days ahead of predicted date was also nice. For Toyota owners, in Bellevue the shop works with Toyota certified vendor other than Michael's Toyota. I don't think it is important but if it is a deal breaker for you...

Fix Auto did an awesome job with my car repair! They were friendly, efficient, and my car (my baby Blue) looks better than ever! Fix even vacuumed out the interior too! The repair was done quickly, in plenty of time for me to drive out of town to see my family. I would highly recommend Fix Auto for repairs, and would definitely go there again. Stars all around!!
