I recently took my car to Fix Auto San Marcos for collision repair and couldn't be happier. The team provided excellent customer service, making me feel like a valued customer. They kept me updated throughout the entire process with great communication, explaining everything clearly. Beyond the excellent customer service, I was impressed with the quality of the body work and paint which exceeded my expectations. The team brought my car back to new. A huge thank you to the whole team!

I had been in a car accident and it was a very stressful time to sort out what I needed to do, since there was a long delay in getting coverage from the other person's insurance company until recently. It was a nightmare. Finally, when I had been able to schedule something, they had taken me in the next day to get the car fixed. Thankfully, Raul and Natalie were helpful, kind, and had great recommendations. They really cared about my experience, and answered my many many questions in a supportive way. Great and fast customer service. It was a great feeling having my car fixed :)

I brought my car here after I got in a parking lot accident and my right rear got banged up with some body/bumper damage and the tail light fell off. Juan was very helpful and they kept me up to date on the progress. They work fast here and my car was done before the estimated finish date. I was very pleased with the end result and recommend 100%.

Fix Auto San Marcos was a great place to have my car repaired. The body work looks fantastic- drivers side looks like a brand new car. The staff was courteous and kept me informed of everything throughout the repair process. I would highly recommend them!
