Fix Auto Silverdale

The team kept me apprised of the work as they fixed it. I was able to go in and Tony walked me through the damages and how they would fix everything. Liz was very courteous and was always willing to answer questions. Overall I appreciate the team and how they worked together to get me back in my car.

Excellent service! FixAuto was in constant communication about my vehicle, what was damaged, and the timeline to fix it. They interface seamlessly with local car rental places, so I was still able get to work and meetings. The pricing is good for the high quality. Not cheap, but not expensive; you get what you pay for and it's worth it.

The only nice thing I have to say, is the receptionist is awesome. I brought my car in, they inspected it, front end damage. Took pictures before hand just to make sure, because I always seem to get screwed over. When it's time to pick up my car, the entire car was FILLED with mold. In the code reading, they had to reset a code for both power windows in the front, which worked perfectly fine before hand. So the windows obviously were left down in the rain, shorted it out, and they fixed it.. but didn't clean the water out of the car. Hints the overly excessive mold. And bird crap on the front seat It then took me 6 hours to clean it all out. So I went back in. Tony told me he had pictures of the mold when the car arrived. Estimate was real quick. Got my car scheduled for 4 days later to drop-off. Work was done in 10 days. Job well done and my wife was happy to get her car back! I will be referring you business to others that need work done. Thanks again!

Very friendly and communicative staff. They made the rental car process convenient and stress-free. Someone sat down with me and clearly explained what was wrong and what had been fixed, which I really appreciated.
