Purchased a headlight kit for my boyfriend’s old Toyota Pickup, and had some issues with shipment. I called the number on the website to try and change the delivery address, and the woman on the other line, Leah, was incredibly kind, high speed, and helpful! She was able to change the address for me and was very patient. I wish all customer service members were this pleasant.

I have bought many parts over the years for my JL. Recently i ordered replacement parts I wore out. 2 out of 3 came in the third I called a week later to see about shipment. Customer service said it was still out, they bought it through a third party full price didn’t upcharge me I got it within a couple of days. Amazing customer service thanks !

Best 4x4 shop in the state, run by true off-road enthusiasts! Specializing in Jeeps, axles/gears, suspension, winches, bumpers, and much more. I would recommend them to anyone needing work done to their 4x4 rig. They also have the best prices for parts & quality customer service!

They'll do the work and I will admit its a decent lift. BUT! as per vehicle repairs techs of nowadays. They have no ears and anything the customer asks them to do is disregarded. I said I wanted ALL the OLD PARTS TAKEN OFF BACK! Said and done, i got nothing back and billed disposal fee for all the old part. I will never use them again for anything and I tell everyone that asks about lifts to go to 4WP in tacoma now. Maybe northridge can learn from them.
