My front wipers quit. Cameron set my appointment right away for next day and Terry checked me in after which I got a diagnostic explained to me. A part was called in from a local dealer and repair was done quickly. I am very happy with my now working wipers and even new blades thrown in for a very fair price.

Supremely pleased with maintenance service recently on our Honda CRV. The customer service at Silverdale’s Goodyear is beyond reproach. We’ve historically, been using this service for most of our vehicles, justifiably so, as they are always cordial, accommodating, when able, adapting to our urgency, and managing their work so all satisfied with the timeliness of their repairs or diagnostic services. I had a flat tire, freezing outside and they got my car right into shop and they really cared for my safety. I am going to get a Firestone credit card and take my two cars to them from now on. Clark and Bobby are class acts. My Subaru tire indicator came on as I was heading into Silverdale. My son, Kalani use to work here so I decided to stop in and see if it needed to be repaired or replaced. Clark greated me with a friendly smile and immediately told me, no worries we got you covered. Bobby the tech was amazing to explaining everything he did including removing the low air pressure tire and putting it in water to test for a leak. Everything was good and I left there feeling comfortable that they had gone the extra mile. Both need to be commended on their expertise and professionalism plus they were just really nice guys.
